Originally from Franklin, IN. Hobbies include, Pilates, reading, hiking, cooking.

I also teach AP Seminar and am the Gifted Coordinator as well as the Director of ISA at Walton.

Sr. Marco Davila-Robertson

Bio:
Born in Athens and raised with an interest in world affairs and politics, I double majored Political Science and Philosophy at Emory University, and went on to attended law school at the University of Minnesota. My interests include soccer, tennis, savoring international and/or new cuisine, movies and the arts. I am happily married and we are proud parents of two wonderful boys.

Bio:
I was born in Santiago de las Vegas, la Habana, Cuba, and raised in Miami, where I met my husband and had two sons. My husband and I have traveled throughout the U.S. on motorcycle. We love the mountains and traveling out west. This is a bitter-sweet year for me, as I will be retiring after 23 years of teaching in Cobb County. It has been an honor and a privilege to work alongside the incredibly dedicated and talented teachers in the ISA Program. I have learned so much from my amazingly talented and passionate students.

Bio:
I am originally from Birmingham, Alabama, but grew up in Marietta. I have been married to my wife, Laura, for 28 years, and we have two children. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing the guitar, and spending time with my family and pets. In addition to being an English teacher, I have coached freshmen football and girls' lacrosse.

Bio:
As a Walton alumni, I fell in love with the language and culture in my Spanish classes here at Walton. My passion for Spanish has taken me to study in Spain and Mexico, as well as to live in Santiago, Chile for several years. I love reading and spending time with my husband and two sons, going on nature walks, bike rides, and making meals together.

Bio:
I was born and raised in Celaya, Guanajuato, México. In college, I was part of an exchange program with UNC-Greensboro and the Disney College Program. While working at Disney World, I met my husband. We have been married for 14 years and we have two children. I love soccer [Vamos, Atlanta!], dancing, reading, volleyball and spending time with my family. I also speak Portuguese, which I learned at Middlebury College during their summer language immersion program.
